At the inception of our partnership, EOS was in its early stages, and together, we played a pivotal role in propelling their growth. SCM Connexions facilitated the establishment of EOS's entire supply chain for Zinc-Based Battery energy storage systems.Our involvement spanned various crucial aspects, including identifying optimal suppliers for essential materials, managing Supplier Development, Supplier Maintenance, Supplier PO Placement & Tracking, and Supplier Reconciliation. We meticulously handled logistics throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain. The project also encompassed material quality control, obtaining necessary certificates, and conducting assessments. Witnessing EOS Energy's remarkable journey from its nascent stage to its current heights has been gratifying. Notably, the company secured a substantial grant of US$398.6 million from the Department of Energy (DOE), underscoring the significant strides made.
